Seven Month Sockey Monkey Picture!
Hello Friends and Family!
You know what time it is, don't you?! It's my seven-month birthday and time for another picture with Mr. Sock Monkey. We are sitting under my Christmas tree all decked out in our finest holiday gear. Mr. Sock Monkey is being such a silly-poo wearing that Santa outfit! For an idea of how big I'm getting, check me out compared to my six-month sock monkey below. For more sock monkey pictures, be sure to check out my latest post. See you all next month!

Christmas Train!
Hello Friends and Family,
Mom and Dad took me on the Christmas Train last night! We went with one of my friends from OC Sprouts and her mom. I enjoyed a bottle of milk while we listened to Mrs. Claus tell a story, and then we waited in line to board the Christmas Train, which took us on an enchanting ride through historic Irvine Regional Park to meet Santa Claus. The train departed from the station and dropped us off at the North Pole - we decided to stay on the train, though (it was getting late). On our way back to Santa's Village, we enjoyed more colorful Christmas lights and decorations, and even passed through the magical "Tunnel of Lights." Oh what fun it was!

Six Month Picture!
Hello Friends and Family,
Wow! Can you believe it? I'm six months old already! You know what that means... another picture with Mr. Sock Monkey. He doesn't look quite so big anymore, does he?! Also, this is the first sock monkey picture where I've been able to sit up completely on my own! I'm also more "hands on" with Mr. Sock Monkey (poor guy). So, make sure you check me out compared to last month. For more sock monkey pictures, go to the November 15th- 21st slideshow below.

Meet The Crew!
Hello Friends and Family,
I wanted to show everyone my best friend, Garrett, and our nanny, Ramona. Mommy and Dadddy drop me off at Garrett's house every day before work. We love to play on the floor, go to the park, take naps and, of course, eat! Nanny Ramona also teaches us how to salsa dance to her favorite music. Garrett and I agree: Nanny Ramona is the BEST!

Hello Friends and Family,
Mommy and Daddy took me home to Washington for Halloween. It was my first time on an airplane. I am such a good little traveler! And my grandparents were so excited to have me home! I went to a real live pumpkin patch and went as USC quarterback Matt Barkley for Halloween. After you check out these pictures, scroll down and click on the slideshow for more!

My First Photo Shoot!
Hello Everyone! I went to Babies R Us today with my family and Grandma O just had to have my picture taken at the in-store photo studio. Grandma O had me dressed up in my cutest little polo shirt and overalls "just in case." But Mommy and Daddy had to wake me up to get my picture taken and I wasn't too happy about it. I got a couple of decent pictures, but nothing spectacular. In fact, Mommy and Grandma O were planning on coming back later when I was in a better mood. But then Daddy changed my diaper and outfit and I started acting like a good little boy, so they rushed me back to the photo lady and we got a couple of real keepers. Check out a few more pictures from my photo shoot in the slideshow link below!

Full Screen Slideshows
Just an FYI for those of you who would like to view the slideshows in full screen mode. Simply click on the small slideshow picture in the blog and it will open up the slideshow in a new window. You can then view the full screen slideshow or see all of the pictures at once. Also, you can save the pictures to your computer by right-clicking on the picture and selecting "Save Picture As." Hope this helps!

I'm Home!
Hello everyone, it's me! My parents told me I had to work on my blog before I could go outside and play with my friends. Sheesh. I hope they aren't like that with homework, too. As you may or may not know, my parents named me Elijah Keith Lunde. They liked the name Elijah because it means "The Lord is my God." They will call me Eli. My middle name is the same name as my Grandpa Okamoto. I think I heard him say he'll call me Buster, though.
Well, as you can probably guess by the title of this post, I'm home now. I was born two days ago on May 20th at 8:07 AM. May 20th is the same birthdate as my great-great grandma on my Grandpa Lunde's side and my great grandpa on my Grandma Lunde's side. I was also born on the same day as my dad's good buddy Kyle's wedding anniversary. They are all in very good company! I came out at 20 inches long and weigh 8 lbs 4 oz. What a big boy I am! My mom calls me her "little bowling ball."
My mom and dad went into the hospital the evening of May 19th and got set up in their labor and delivery room around 6:00 PM. Because my mom had been in labor for over a week, her doctor decided to induce her two days before my due date. It was a long night, but my mom was one tough cookie. Dad did what he could to help mom feel better, but mostly tried to stay out of the way. By 6:30 AM, mom could tell that it was "go time," and by 8:07 AM, I was here! Everyone tells me how much of a champion my mom was, and dad was a pretty good little coach, too! We spent the night in the hospital and came home yesterday evening around 9:30 PM.
Okay everyone, that's it for now. I'm going to show my parents how to post pictures of me on my blog. Maybe I'll even help them put together a slideshow. What is it with older people and technology? Am I going to have to teach them everything? Bye bye!

Due Date Almost Here!
Hello Everyone!
After teasing us and pretending like he would come early, it looks like our little Lunde could hold out until his due date - May 22nd. Don't tell Paula that because she is ready to have her body back! She has been experiencing early labor for a couple of weeks now as the contractions have been frequent and consistent. At our last checkup last Thursday, her doctor told us to be ready anytime, so we are watching the intensity of her contractions very closely. We will send out an alert once we are certain the kid is ready to make his appearance. Please check back frequently as this blog will be regularly updated with lots of videos, pictures and stories of our new bundle of joy.
